Ariel and Mowgli: Mowgli's New Sister

Here's one of two deviations that represents the first chapter of SYFYNUT(syfynut.deviantart.com/) and jazz316(jazz316.deviantart.com/)'s The Adventures of Ariel and Mowgli!

After being left all alone by Bagheera the panther, Mowgli the man-cub wanders deeper into the depths of the jungle until he comes across a small clearing. From there, he ends up sulking against a boulder not knowing what to do next. Soon after, he's startled out of his thoughts when he hears a nearby splash from a river not far away. Looking at where the splash came from with his curiosity in full bloom, Mowgli accidentally falls head first into the river. Seconds later, Mowgli finds himself saved by the very creature that made the splash in the river. It was another man-cub, a girl named Ariel(a jungle girl in this story)! Surprised at first, Mowgli has never even seen another one of his kind before let alone a girl! However the two take an instant liking to one another. Not only do they become friends, but they also become brother and sister!
